The College Career Planner & Journal

The 2026/2027 College Career Planner & Journal is a guided four-year blueprint designed to help students move through college with purpose, confidence, and career direction. 

Year 1 focuses on discovering career interests, identifying strengths, and understanding the many career paths and opportunities available. 

Year 2 shifts into skill building, exploration, and preparation, helping students develop practical skills, explore internships, strengthen resumes, and begin building a professional presence. 

Year 3 is centered on gaining experience and strengthening relationships through internships, networking, mentorship, and deeper career exploration that supports long-term goals. 

Year 4 becomes the launch pad—turning preparation into placement by helping students organize their job search, refine their strategy, prepare for interviews, and confidently pursue opportunities before graduation.
