With over 30 years of experience in recruitment and career coaching, I have dedicated my career to helping others navigate the often overwhelming world of job searching. As a trusted recruiter and coach I’ve supported individuals at every stage of their careers offering guidance through the highs of landing  interviews and the lows of unexpected setbacks. Drawing from decades of industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the modern job market, I have collaborated with top recruiters across various fields to co create practical, expert-backed strategies that job seekers can rely on.

My approach is grounded in empathy, organization, and a firm belief in the power of preparation. Having recently experienced a layoff - I bring not only professional expertise but also personal insight into the challenges job seekers  face today. This unique perspective inspired the creation of a comprehensive job search journal and college career planner, designed to be both a practical planning tool and a source of encouragement during times of transition.

Through these journals and beyond, I continue my mission: to equip job seekers with the tools, structure, and confidence needed to find meaningful, fulfilling work in a competitive job market.
